Bulgur, salça, sarmısak, rendelenmiş kuru soğan,isot biraz karıştırılarak yoğurulur.arada domates rendesi ilave edilir bulgurların yumuşaması için. Köfte tutmaya yakın et,tuz ve baharatları eklenir.Nar ekşisi ilave edilir biraz yoğrulur daha sonra maydonoz, yeşil soğan, eklenir, kıvama gelene kadar yoğurulur ve sonra yeşilliklerle servise sunulur. AFİYET OLSUN...Eşiminde ellerine sağlık çok güzel olmuştu.
